Order preparation time

Orders take 3 to 5 business days to be processed, this period does not include shipping time. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. We are in Madrid, Spain, and all orders are printed and shipped from France and Poland by our suppliers.

Shipping

We ship to the address provided at checkout. There is a period of 24 hours after placing the order in which it is possible to modify the address. After that period, the order will be sent to the address provided, with no cancellation or refund possible. We are not responsible for incorrectly delivered or lost packages due to incorrect shipping information provided.

Delivery times

EU:  3-10 working days.

Rest of world:  5-14 working days.

Returns

All our items are checked before being sent by our supplier and pass quality controls, but if you are not satisfied with the item due to a manufacturing error (we are human!), return the item to us within 14 days of delivery,  by previously contacting us through our email contact@cultofskull.com. We do not make returns due to size as orders are made to order.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value.

Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing. This time is added to the shipping time.

Certified mail

Orders are sent by certified mail with tracking number. Once the package leaves our supplier's facilities, it is the responsibility of the postal service of the destination country, and must be tracked through their postal service, so if there is any delay in delivery, loss or damage to the package , the customer will be the one who must claim it at their post office. In any case, contact us if you have any questions regarding shipping.

Tariffs and customs duties

Buyers will pay applicable import duties and taxes  if there are any. We are not responsible for delays due to customs procedures.

Cancellations

Not accepted, as the products are made on demand.
