The simple acceptance of the purchase by confirming the order placed, implies that you accept these conditions, which will govern, in the absence of particular conditions, the relationship established between you and Cult Of Skull (www.cultofskull.com).

The stocks of our products are limited, although the fact that they appear on the web implies that they are in stock, it is possible that they will be sold minutes before, although it is not usual, there is always the possibility of error. In case of an error in the stock, we will proceed to refund the product, contacting before to offer you a possible alternative.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.

The prices we charge for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. 3. ORDER PREPARATION TIME
Orders take 3 to 5 business days to process, this period does not include shipping time. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
We ship to the address provided at checkout. We cannot guarantee a change of address after the order has been placed, but please email us immediately at contact@cultofskull.com. If the package has not been shipped, the address change can still be made, otherwise it cannot be changed and the package will be returned to us. Once it arrives we will contact you to resend it, being your responsibility to pay for the new shipment. We are not responsible for packages misdelivered or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided. If you are not interested in reshipping and request a refund, the original shipping costs are not refunded.

Orders are shipped by certified mail with tracking number. Once the package leaves our provider's facilities, it is the responsibility of the postal service of the destination country, and must be tracked through your postal service, so if there is any delay in delivery, loss or damage to the package , the client will be the one who must claim it at his post office. In any case, contact us in case of doubts with the shipment.

4. RETURNS
All our items are reviewed before being shipped by our supplier and pass quality controls, but if you are not satisfied with the item due to a manufacturing error (we are human!), return the item to us within 14 days of receipt. delivery, previously contacting us through our email contact@cultofskull.com or through a private message on Etsy. We do not make returns due to size as orders are made to order.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value.
